Catering Terms & Agreement

Our Catering Goal

At Da Meat Up, LLC we believe that vegan food should be delicious and accessible to everyone. Our passion for plant-based cuisine has led us to create a menu that is versatile, flavorful and guilt free no matter your party size or event type.

Compensation & Cancellation

Please Read Carefully

For the services rendered by Da Meat Up, LLC the Client will:

• Pay a deposit of 50% one week prior to the agreed upon date, with full remainder of payment to be remitted 48 hours prior to the date of the event.

• In the event that either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement prior to completion of the Services, that Party will be required to provide at least one week (7 days) notice to the other

• In the event the Client cancels and terminates this Agreement five (5] davs or less from the agreed date of service. Da Meat Up, LLC retains the right to the 50% deposit due to preparatory

services rendered.

• For catering requests less than 72 hours from time of event, a full payment is required and is non-refundable upon cancellation 4 hours after payment has been submitted. To clarify client has 4 hours from time of contract agreement and payment to cancel. Once 4 hour window has expired no refund will be given for cancellation.

• The Compensation as stated in this Agreement does not include sales tax. 20% labor gratuity, delivery fees, or other applicable duties as may be required by law. Any sales tax and duties required by law will be charged to the cent, in addition to the compensation
